Your Impact

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can leverage data and insights to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the business, perform complex data analysis to garner insights, and dashboarding skills.

Data Analysis and Insights

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

Develop predictive models and simulations to forecast future outcomes.
Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Dashboard Design and Creation:
Design and develop interactive dashboards to visualize key performance indicators and business insights.
Utilize data visualization tools like Tableau to create compelling and informative dashboards.
Collaborate with ensure cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Stakeholder Management:
Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including business users, technical teams, and executive leadership.
Effectively communicate complex ideas and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Manage expectations and resolve conflicts to ensure project success.
Project Management:
Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree with at least 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including expertise in Excel to identify trends patterns in data and interpret, synthesize, and communicate results

Advanced skills in Tableau dashboard design
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong interpersonal and time leadership skills, including ability to manage multiple priorities and timeline
Ability to work in matrix organizations, prioritize what is meaningful to the business and influence decision makers to achieve desired results.
