Role & responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to increase sales performance, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance market share. Will be responsible for handling Central Police Canteen Counters Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; take corrective actions accordingly. Ensure timely payment collection from customers by maintaining strong relationships with them. Market working as per Company norms and update data in Company mobile app daily. Preferred candidate profile 1-3 years of experience in retail channel sales or similar industry. Strong understanding of area sales management principles and practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
