Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Responsible for
acquisition of new Current Account (CA) customers
from the open market, SME segment, and business clients.
Conduct
market visits, cold calls, and business area mapping
to identify and convert potential leads.
Achieve defined
monthly and quarterly acquisition, balance, and revenue targets.
Generate and maintain a healthy
pipeline of prospective clients
through references and networking.
Conduct customer meetings, explain banking products, and handle
onboarding, documentation, and KYC compliance.
Build and nurture long-term
relationships with customers
to ensure retention and portfolio growth.
Cross-sell other banking products such as
Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits, Insurance, Loans, and Payment Solutions.
Maintain high standards of
customer service and satisfaction
throughout the account opening process.
Coordinate with internal teams for
smooth processing of customer requests and issue resolution.
Ensure
adherence to bank policies, regulatory norms, and audit guidelines.
Actively participate in
promotional campaigns, local market activities, and branch-level events
to drive business growth.
Regularly update the
sales tracking system (CRM)
and submit daily/weekly reports to the reporting manager.
