About our group: Our group leads Seagate's Edge Business Marketing initiatives, focusing specifically on Seagate's direct business channels including the Seagate online store and the Lyve Services business lines. We are an integral part of the global team at Seagate Technology, collaborating with various departments to drive strategic growth and innovation About the role - you will: This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR topics while contributing to the overall success of Seagate. You will get exposure to a dynamic and supportive work environment. As an Business Marketing Analytics Intern, you will work closely with our Marketing team to support various Marketing activities and opportunities to work on (and lead on a variety of) meaningful Marketing projects. Next to this, it is a fantastic chance to build your network within the company. We will also assign you a mentor for the duration of the internship so you can easily acclimatise into the Company and provide you ongoing support as you work on your dedicated projects. You will: Learn complex business data analytics and business intelligence initiatives with the Lyve Services business. Collaborate cross functional teams such as Sales, Finance, Engineer, IT, BI, Operations, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and assist projects are completed on time and within scope. Learn & research market trends and compare business performance capabilities to inform team members Learn to identify root-cause inefficiencies and understand the impact of IT and/or business process operations Learn how to discover data integrity issues of data platforms that will impact Business Marketing reporting, dashboards, and other executive deliverables. Assist in documenting and researching industry Best Practices and process for recommendations About you: You are self-driven and are highly motivated to achieve goals and drive projects forward. Your experience includes: Strong problem-solving skills Thrive in a team environment Effective research, documentation, and analysis skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently Eagerness to learn the Edge storage as a service business model. Strong willingness to learn reporting tools like Tableau, Excel, Alteryx, and SQL. Eager to gain insights from a diverse team with varying levels of expertise and backgrounds Location: This internship is full-time, on-site (40 hours per week) at our office in Amsterdam, for a duration of 6 months. You will receive an internship allowance and Commuting Allowance if you do not have a student public transport card.
