We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Manager to lead business operations, driving sales operations and manage overall business performance with full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for our product line with a performance-based compensation structure. This role is best suited for a self-driven professional with strong sales acumen, operational expertise, and a hunger to grow with the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in high-accountability environments and is motivated by outcomes and ownership. Key Responsibilities: Business operations Develop and execute business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals. Monitor and analyse performance metrics, improve efficiency and profitability. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for business unit. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to form strategy. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders. Represent the company in client meetings, industry forums, and negotiations. Sales & Business Development Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and customer segments. Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and conversion metrics. Own key customer relationships and lead business development efforts. P&L Management Take full ownership of end-to-end P&L responsibility, ensuring revenue, cost, and profitability targets are achieved. Drive cost optimization and improve operating margins. Ensure business decisions are aligned with financial performance goals. Track and report on business performance, making data-driven decisions. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Qualifications & Skills: Experience in business management, sales leadership, and P&L ownership. Experience in Software Product and service sales Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams and achieving growth targets. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Compensation: Base Salary: Modest fixed component Performance Incentives: milestone-linked bonuses based on Revenue targets, Profit margins, New customer acquisition Your earning potential is directly linked to your results and impact.
