We are seeking a visionary Lead Designer to spearhead our projects and drive creative excellence.Position Summary:The Business Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring that all aspects—from client interactions to project execution—are handled with precision and excellence. This role involves guiding the design team, managing client relationships, and ensuring that projects adhere to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities: Lead Management: Address and verify all leads from the marketing team, updating the CRM system. Analyze client briefs to develop feasibility reports and design proposals.Project Oversight: Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and functional outcomes. Oversee the development of design ideas based on client needs, site feasibility, and budget.Team Guidance: Direct Lead Designers on their projects, ensuring compliance with standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations. Ensure that designs are delivered within budgets and timelines.Client Communication: Clearly explain all technical and financial aspects of quotes to clients. Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the project.Quality Assurance: Ensure that each project is completed within the stipulated time frame. Coordinate with construction and interior professionals to maintain high standards.Review and Feedback: Secure Google reviews and organize photoshoots for successful projects. Follow up with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.Design Trends: Stay updated on design trends and advancements, integrating these into project workflows to enhance design standards.Escalation Management: Handle escalations that arise during the design and execution phases, resolving issues effectively.Timeline Management: Set and manage timelines for the design team to complete each project phase. Conduct site visits to discuss project requirements with clients.Client Follow-Up: Provide ongoing support to clients post-project to ensure long-term satisfaction and address any remaining needs.
