Key Responsibilities

• Handle overall store operations in the absence of the regular Business Manager.
• Drive sales and ensure monthly targets are achieved.
• Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain store discipline, inventory control, and visual merchandising standards.
• Coordinate with category teams, HR, and accounts for smooth operations.
• Implement marketing and promotional activities effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 2–3 years of retail sales or store management experience

  (electronics retail preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible to travel and manage multiple myG store locations.
• Well-groomed and professionally presentable.
