Process Adherence: Follow established sales processes and guidelines to ensure operational efficiency and consistency. Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and nurture pre-qualified leads provided by the company. Solution-Based Selling: Understand schools unique needs to offer tailored book solutions that align with their curriculum and teaching goals. Product Demonstration: Conduct engaging presentations and academic discussions with school decision-makers to showcase the value of our offerings. Contract Negotiation & Closure: Lead discussions, negotiate terms, and finalize school agreements. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction. CRM Management: Accurately update sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system. Market Expertise: Stay informed about trends in the primary education sector and competitors offerings. Desired Candidate Profile: Experience: Proven success in sales, preferably in selling educational products to schools Educational Qualification: Any Graduate. Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills to connect with educators and decision-makers. Excellent negotiation, risk analysis, and collaboration abilities. Customer Focus: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and deliver exceptional service.
