Each Business Manager will be responsible for specific vertical, driving P&L, strategic growth, revenue, and operational efficiency. 🌟 What You'll Own:Full P&L responsibility for your assigned channel.Partner relationships, operational KPIs, stock planning, pricing & promotions.Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, merchandising, and ops teams.Driving growth through strategic planning and hands-on execution. 👤 What We’re Looking For:12–18 years’ experience in fashion retail, eCommerce, or distribution.Strong commercial acumen and proven leadership in a specific channel.Hands-on with data, market trends, and partner management.Experience scaling a business vertical independently.
