We work with ethical hackers, lawyers, investigators, and digital forensics assistants.
Now we are looking for a Business Manager to help scale our operations and manage growth.

The Business Manager will be responsible for driving business operations, managing clients, building partnerships, and supporting the Founder in scaling Heartless Security.
This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically and handle clients professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily business operations of the company
• Handle client onboarding, communication, and follow-ups
• Work closely with investigation, legal, and technical teams
• Bring new clients and new partnerships
• Manage sales, lead generation, and marketing coordination
• Plan and execute business growth strategies
• Schedule meetings, Google Meets, and follow-ups
• Maintain records of client details, payments, and case status
• Assist in preparing proposals, agreements, and reports
• Support recruitment of interns, assistants, and partners
• Ensure smooth coordination across all departments
• Represent Heartless Security in meetings when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,563.36 - ₹55,249.80 per month
