Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Manager located in Pune. The Business Manager will oversee daily operational and strategic functions to ensure the smooth execution of interior design projects. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, coordinating between teams, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet company objectives. The role also involves performance monitoring, process improvement, and maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Business Management, Operations, and Project Coordination
• Strong expertise in Budgeting, Scheduling, and Resource Allocation
• Knowledge of Team Management and Communication for cross-functional collaboration
• Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities to address challenges proactively
• Familiarity with Interior Design, Space Optimization, and Modular Systems is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in tools for scheduling, budgeting, and project management is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-oriented mindset
