Business Intelligence Engineer

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our creator platform through data-driven insights and analytics. Your responsibilities will include: - Partnering with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for creator success. - Creating comprehensive dashboards and self-service analytics tools using tools like QuickSight, Tableau, or similar BI platforms. - Performing deep-dive analysis on customer behavior, content performance, and livestream engagement patterns. - Designing, building, and maintaining robust ETL/ELT pipelines to process large volumes of streaming and batch data from the creator success platform. - Developing and optimizing data warehouses, data lakes, and real-time analytics systems using AWS services such as Redshift, S3, Kinesis, EMR, and Glue. - Implementing data quality frameworks and monitoring systems to ensure data accuracy and reliability. - Building automated data validation and alerting mechanisms for critical business metrics. - Generating actionable insights from complex datasets to drive product roadmap and business strategy. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field. - 3+ years of experience in business intelligence/analytic roles with proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or Scala. - Strong experience with AWS cloud services (Redshift, S3, EMR, Glue, Lambda, Kinesis). - Expertise in building and optimizing ETL pipelines and data warehousing solutions. - Proficiency with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, and distributed computing frameworks. - Experience with business intelligence tools like QuickSight, Tableau, Looker, and data visualization best practices. - Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business teams. - Customer-obsessed mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality, actionable insights. In addition to the qualifications, we are looking for candidates with non-negotiable skills including high proficiency in SQL and Python, expertise in building and optimizing ETL pipelines and data warehousing solutions, experience with business intelligence tools like QuickSight, Tableau, Looker, and data visualization best practices, as well as experience in working with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business teams.,
