Business Intelligence & Data Science Trainer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced trainer with expertise in Business Intelligence (Power BI, SQL, BI Tools) and Data Science (Statistics, Advanced Excel, Python) to deliver high-impact corporate and academic training programs. The ideal candidate should have a B.Tech or equivalent qualification with 5-6 years of experience in training professionals and students in Data Visualization, Business Intelligence, and Data Science.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging training sessions on Power BI, SQL, Business Intelligence tools, Statistics, Advanced Excel, and Python for Data Science.
• Develop & customize training content based on client requirements, ensuring real-world business applications.
• Deliver hands-on exercises in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, SQL for Business Intelligence, and statistical modeling.
• Design and execute projects focused on financial analytics, marketing analytics, operational dashboards, and Python-based business solutions.
• Assist learners in troubleshooting technical issues and guide them in dashboard development & data analytics projects.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in BI, Data Science, AI-driven analytics, and data storytelling.
• Collaborate with organizations and educational institutions to structure training programs aligned with industry needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA (preferred) or any relevant degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, IT, or Computer Science.
• Experience: 5-6 years of experience in corporate training, consulting, or academic teaching.

Technical Expertise:

Business Intelligence & Data Analytics:

• Power BI & BI Tools – Data Modeling, Power Query, DAX, Interactive Dashboards
• SQL for Business Analytics – Data Extraction, Query Optimization, ETL Processes
• Data Visualization & Reporting – Using Power BI, Excel, and Python
• Advanced Excel & Power Automate (Preferred)

Data Science & Machine Learning:

• Statistics & Probability – Hypothesis Testing, Regression, Sampling Techniques
• Python for Data Science – Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, Machine Learning Basics
• Advanced Excel – Pivot Tables, VBA, Macros, Data Cleaning & Transformation
• Data-Driven Decision Making & AI Integration

Key Competencies:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex BI & Data Science concepts.
• Hands-on experience in designing course materials and real-world case studies.
• Ability to engage learners effectively and guide them in solving business problems using BI and Data Science tools.
