Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst I to join our team. The ideal candidate will have approximately 1-2 years of experience in business intelligence data analysis and be proficient in executing established standards.

Roles and Responsibility

Analyze business intelligence data to inform business and product decisions.
Blend historical data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources into analyses.
Identify and analyze industry/geographic trends and competitor market strategies, and monitor current/potential customer trends.
Collaborate with other areas of the business (e.g., Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service) to model the outcome of implementing potential business strategies.
Develop and implement relevant/appropriate solutions based on best practices.
Lead a team of more junior co-workers and set day-to-day operational objectives.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in business intelligence data analysis.
Proficient in executing established standards and working independently within set frames.
Strong knowledge base typically acquired from a professional/university degree.
Ability to develop own knowledge, share best practices, and develop relevant/appropriate solutions.
Experience in CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry is preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
