Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and CRM/IT enabled services.

Roles and Responsibility

Analyze business intelligence data to inform business and product decisions.
Blend historical data from industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources into analyses.
Identify and analyze industry and geographic trends, competitor market strategies, and current/potential customer trends.
Collaborate with other areas of the business to model the outcome of implementing potential business strategies.
Develop and implement relevant solutions based on best practices and continuous improvement.
Lead a team of junior co-workers and set day-to-day operational objectives.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of CRM/IT enabled services, BPO, and data analysis.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with data visualization tools and reporting software.
A professional/university degree is required.
