  • Employee Engagement:

    Design and execute engagement initiatives tailored to BPO workforce dynamics.
  • HR Operations:

    Manage onboarding, exit formalities, HRIS updates, and employee documentation.
  • Performance Management:

    Support appraisal cycles, goal setting, and performance feedback processes.
  • Attrition Management:

    Analyze trends, conduct exit interviews, and implement retention strategies.
  • Grievance Handling:

    Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and ensure timely resolution.
  • Compliance & Audits:

    Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • 1+ years of HR experience in a BPO or ITES environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
