Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled SPA Head (Pan India) to join our dynamic team at Medifit Consultants Pvt. Ltd. As the SPA Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the spa operations across all locations in India, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of wellness and client satisfaction. You will lead a team, create a positive guest experience, and collaborate with senior management to enhance service offerings. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for health and wellness. Key Responsibilities: 1. Pre-Opening Leadership: Oversee the pre-opening phase of spa projects, including strategic planning, budgeting, and operational setup. 2. Operational Excellence: Develop and implement standardized protocols to ensure seamless spa operations and service quality across all locations. 3. Guest Experience & Innovation: Curate and implement unique spa treatments, wellness programs, and customer engagement strategies. 4. Team Building & Training: Recruit, train, and mentor spa teams to deliver world-class services and uphold brand standards. 5. Profitability & Performance: Drive revenue growth, optimize cost management, and ensure financial sustainability of spa operations. 6. Market & Brand Expansion: Stay ahead of industry trends, enhance brand positioning, and build partnerships with premium wellness brands. 7. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with vendors, product partners, and internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and brand alignment. Requirements: • Bachelor's or master's degree in hospitality, Spa Management, Wellness, or related fields. • 9+ years of experience in spa management, with expertise in pre-opening and multi-location operations. • Strong knowledge of luxury spa experiences, wellness innovations, and operational best practices. • Proven leadership, training, and strategic planning skills. • Ability to drive business growth and customer satisfaction in a competitive market. • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on personalized experiences. • Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and financial performance management. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive issue resolution. • Passion for wellness and continuous learning in the industry.
