Business Head

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Leadership & Strategy

complete business unit

strategic roadmap

OEM, project, and channel business

· Identify new market opportunities (domestic and export) and guide product diversification, work with the sales team.

2. Product Design & Engineering

design and development

international standards (EN, ASME, DIN, IS, etc.)

accuracy, reliability, and calibration methods

· Coordinate with R&D for integration of sensors, transmitters, and digital display systems into traditional gauge products.

3. Manufacturing & Quality

manufacturing operations

process controls, quality systems (ISO, CE, ATEX, etc.)

· Ensure production scalability with consistent output quality and delivery performance.

· Lead vendor development and supply chain initiatives for key components and assemblies.

4. Customer Support & Application Engineering

technical support framework

process industries, OEMs, and EPC projects

· Drive post-sales service, calibration support, and warranty performance improvements.

· Maintain close engagement with key accounts for feedback and retention.

Qualifications & Experience

Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Production Engineering

· MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred.
