Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Head - Solar Roof Top Projects, located in Manesar. The Business Head will be responsible for managing solar rooftop projects, overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The role also involves developing business strategies, managing client relationships, and leading a team of professionals to achieve the company's solar energy objectives. Qualifications Experience in generating business in Roof Top Solar projects . Knowledge of solar energy systems and renewable energy technologies Handson experience in Roof Top Solar sales is much desirable Strong leadership and team management skills Proficiency in developing business strategies and managing client relationships Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work with diverse clients Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field; an MBA is a plus Previous experience in the solar energy sector is highly desirable Show more Show less
