Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute a robust business strategy to grow the mutual fund distribution division, focusing on client acquisition, AUM growth, and revenue generation. Client Relationship Management: Leverage your existing high-net-worth (HNW) client base to expand, offering customized investment products and services. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities to scale the division and enhance market presence. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of high-performing relationship managers to achieve company targets and grow the AUM base. Cross Sell Opportunities: Look for Cross-Sell and Up-Sell opportunities with other products like Life and General Insurance, PMS and AIF, Bonds, Equities, Loan Against Securities, etc. to meet client needs and market demand. Compliance & Governance: Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, including AMFI, SEBI & IRDAI guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics.ne the day-to-day responsibilities for this role. Products Offered: Mutual Funds, Insurance, Loan Against Securities (LAS), Bonds, etc. Business Targets: Achievement of sales targets for various financial products.
