Business Head - Latur

As a Business Head at our Ed-tech firm, your primary role will be to lead the growth and profitability of the designated branch. You will oversee various aspects of the business, such as sales, marketing, product development, and operations, with a focus on driving the P&L of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability. - Build and lead a high-performing team to achieve company goals. - Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base. - Execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services. - Manage product development from ideation to launch. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless product delivery. - Manage the P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. - Identify and mitigate key business risks. - Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. - Represent the company at industry events and conferences. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. - Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience driving business growth. - Experience in the Ed-tech industry is highly desired. - Strong business acumen and financial management skills. - Excellent leadership and team-building abilities. - Analytical and strategic thinking skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in project management. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take risks.
