Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Business Head – IT Services to lead and grow our IT Services vertical. The ideal candidate will drive business strategy, P&L ownership, delivery excellence, team leadership, and client relationship management. This role requires strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to scale business operations while ensuring high service quality.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets.
  • Identify emerging technologies and market trends to expand service offerings.
  • Define go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and sales enablement plans.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with technology vendors, system integrators, and enterprise clients.

2. P&L Management

  • Full ownership of the division’s P&L including profitability, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor key financial metrics including gross margin and EBITDA.

3. Business Development & Client Management

  • Build and manage key CXO-level client relationships.
  • Lead enterprise deals from prospecting to closure.
  • Oversee account mining, upselling, and customer retention initiatives.
  • Represent the company in industry events and client presentations.

4. Delivery Excellence & Operations

  • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of IT projects and services.
  • Implement strong governance, performance metrics, and risk management frameworks.
  • Drive automation, process improvements, and digital transformation.

5. Leadership & Team Management

  • Build and mentor high-performing sales, delivery, and support teams.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.
  • Identify skill gaps and drive capability development.

6. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policies.
  • Present business performance reports to top management.
