Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to establish and grow the e-commerce platform. Marketing Expertise: Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers, ensuring brand visibility and market penetration. Mobile App Development: Oversee the development and optimization of the mobile app to enhance user experience and drive sales. Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with the company's strategic goals. Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team to achieve business objectives. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with investors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders. Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure profitability.
