Role & responsibilities P&L Management: Oversee hospital revenue, budgeting, and financial performance to drive profitability. Cost Optimization: Implement cost-control measures while maintaining high standards of patient care. Marketing & Business Development: Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility, patient acquisition, and service expansion. Operational Excellence: Streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure seamless hospital operations. Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to NABH/JCI standards, regulatory norms, and patient safety protocols. Leadership & Team Development: Mentor hospital administrators, clinical teams, and support staff to foster a high-performance culture. Technology & Innovation: Leverage digital solutions to improve patient experience and hospital efficiency. Preferred candidate profile MBA/MHA or equivalent degree in Hospital/Healthcare Management. 15+ years of experience in hospital operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role . Proven track record in P&L management, cost control, marketing, and business development . Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, NABH/JCI accreditation, and hospital administration . Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills. Ability to drive operational efficiencies and scale up business growth . Perks and benefits
