Job Post: Business Head – Food and Canteen services for Industrial Clients Location: Bhopal Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 12-15 years’ experience as Business Head or similar Role in the food supply / Hospitality or related industry. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and visionary Business Head to lead our team and drive strategic growth. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and drive profitability. · Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in service delivery. · Identify market opportunities, analyze industry trends, and expand business portfolios. · Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers. · Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. · Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met. · Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies. · Must have analytical and critical approach to solve business problems. Qualifications: · Master’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field. · Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within the food supply or related industry. · Strong business acumen with expertise in strategic planning and execution. · Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. · Proven ability to drive growth and adapt to changing market conditions. · Familiarity with supply chain operations and industry best practices.
