Job Description

The Business Growth Associate will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to giving software demos to prospective clients. This role offers high learning and growth potential and is pivotal in shaping our sales strategy alongside the founders. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads in the education sector. Client Engagement: Reach out to prospective clients through various communication channels. Sales Demo/Presentation: Follow up on leads and schedule meetings to present our LMS SaaS product. Pipeline Management: Maintain lead information and status with timely follow-up. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the founders to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the education sector. Requirements: Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales Passion: A relentless drive and passion for sales, with a never-give-up attitude until the client is onboard. Proactivity: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing leads. Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience: Previous 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in the SaaS or education sector, is preferred. Learning & Growth: High willingness to learn and grow with the company.
