Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly financial presentations, including business P&L reports, dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs), and critical metrics. Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Analyze financial data to inform business strategies and drive profit optimization. Support annual operating plan (AOP) development, forecasting, and cost-reduction initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial decision-making processes. Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance. Skills and Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) designation required. 3-4 years of relevant experience, ideally in the manufacturing sector. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial practices, and reporting standards. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficient in financial ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and advanced Excel. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
