Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Executive located in Sonamukhi. The responsibilities of the Business Executive include identifying and acquiring potential clients, offering tailored financial solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves managing customer relationships, processing loan applications, guiding clients on financing options, and ensuring documentation compliance. The Business Executive will work closely with the team to contribute to the company's growth and success.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer acquisition skills, with the ability to identify potential clients and convert leads into successful transactions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking abilities
• Knowledge of financial products, credit evaluation, and loan processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data management tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in sales or finance-related roles is an advantage
