Job Description

As a Business Director at our company, your role will be crucial in driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, and overseeing overall business development. Your expertise in digital marketing and successful track record in managing and expanding client accounts in an agency environment will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities: - Business Development: Take charge of identifying, pitching, and securing profitable digital marketing projects for both domestic and international markets to drive new client acquisition. - Client Relationship Management: Serve as a senior point of contact for key clients, nurturing strong and enduring relationships to ensure client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. - Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Collaborate with the delivery team to craft compelling proposals and communicate the value proposition of our company effectively. - Account Growth: Explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our full range of services, including SEO, CRO, and content marketing, to existing clients. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with project delivery, SEO, and tech teams to ensure smooth service delivery and alignment with client objectives. - Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies to drive informed business decisions. Qualifications / Skills: - Proven experience in business development or senior account management, preferably in a digital marketing or IT services agency. - Strong grasp of digital marketing services, especially SEO, ASO, and CRO. - Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales targets and revenue objectives. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. - Proficiency in building and nurturing relationships with C-level executives. - Effective leadership skills to inspire and manage high-performing sales teams. - Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Please note that the salary for this position is not capped for the right candidate and will be competitive based on the experience and skills required for the role.,
