Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be to drive business growth by establishing strategic partnerships with international companies and organizations to facilitate job placements for our candidates in UAE. The successful candidate will help create opportunities for skilled professionals seeking overseas employment by forging collaborations, expanding networks, and actively pursuing business development initiatives. Key Responsibility: Develop and maintain strong relationships with international companies, recruitment agencies, and organizations to create job placement opportunities for candidates. Identify new business opportunities in global markets to support the international job placement needs of our candidates. Establish partnerships and agreements with foreign companies and hiring partners to facilitate smooth placement processes. Collaborate with internal teams to match candidates with suitable job openings in UAE, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with international partners to ensure the best outcomes for candidates and clients. Monitor placement progress, track success rates, and ensure smooth transitions for candidates placed in UAE. Stay updated on international job market trends, visa and immigration requirements, and global hiring practices to guide both clients and candidates effectively. Meet and exceed business development targets by securing new placements, expanding partnerships, and fostering long-term relationships with clients UAE clients. Contribute to the overall growth strategy of the business by identifying new markets and developing outreach strategies. Key Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Expertise in managing international business relationships. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Knowledge of international recruitment and immigration laws (desirable but not mandatory). Preferred Background & Qualifications: Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or related fields. Experience : Proven experience in business development, sales, or recruitment, ideally in international placements, recruitment agencies, or talent acquisition. Strong knowledge of international job markets, visa processes, and global hiring trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with international clients and stakeholders. Proven ability to identify business opportunities, build lasting relationships, and deliver results in an international setting.
