Role Overview

telecalling and converting leads into student admissions

The ideal candidate is confident in communication, target-oriented, and interested in building a career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Telecalling & Lead Conversion (Primary Role)

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided lead data.
  • Explain course details, benefits, and learning outcomes clearly and convincingly.
  • Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads to convert them into confirmed admissions.
  • Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

2. Student Counseling & Relationship Management

  • Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
  • Handle objections professionally and guide students through the admission process.
  • Maintain positive relationships to ensure trust and successful conversions.

3. Lead Management & Reporting

  • Update lead status, call outcomes, and follow-up details accurately in CRM/sheets.
  • Prepare daily activity and conversion reports for the reporting manager.

4. Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth admission onboarding.
  • Support walk-in inquiries and admission documentation when required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Comfortable with telecalling and working in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
