Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular visits to private, mid-size, and specialty hospitals to pitch NPPD CARE's consultancy offerings.
  • Identify and engage hospital decision-makers including owners, medical directors, administrators, and department heads.
  • Present NPPD's consultancy solutions clearly, highlighting workflow optimization, patient experience enhancement, OPD improvement, and other transformation modules.
  • Continuously follow up, nurture leads, and facilitate meetings between hospital leadership and NPPD's core consulting team.
  • Track outreach activities and maintain a structured monthly pipeline of leads and conversions.
  • Gather field insights to support refinement of pitch decks, service offerings, and engagement approaches.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly outreach/lead generation targets based on the selected engagement model (part-time or full-time).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 16 years of experience in healthcare business development, hospital Liasioning, diagnostics/pharma sales, or health-tech B2B services.
  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building capability.
  • Confidence and clarity in presenting consultancy solutions to hospital leadership.
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable managing field-based responsibilities independently.
  • Understanding of hospital processes or healthcare operations (advantageous but not mandatory).

Engagement Options

1. Part-Time (Freelance)

  • Work Hours:

    5 hours/day, 6 days/week
  • Ideal for individuals balancing another role or consulting assignments.
  • Expectation: Consistent weekly hospital visits and follow-ups.
  • Compensation:

  • ?10,000 per month (fixed)

  • ?15,000 ?30,000 per month (performance bonus)

    based on lead generation and deal progression.

2. Full-Time (Freelance)

  • Work Hours:

    Full-time (MondaySaturday), field-based.
  • Expectation: Daily hospital visits, structured lead-building, and active pursuit of closures.
  • Compensation:

  • ?20,000 per month (fixed)

  • ?15,000 ?40,000 per month (performance bonus)

    based on targets achieved and deals advanced.
