Job Summary: As an IT Sales Trainee, you'll learn and assist in selling IT products and solutions. You'll gain experience in customer engagement, lead generation, market research, and sales support, with guidance from senior sales reps. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Assist senior sales representatives in managing customer relationships, preparing proposals, and executing sales strategies. Product Knowledge: Learn about the company's IT products and services, and become proficient in their features and benefits. Customer Engagement: Assist in qualifying leads, conducting product demos, and gathering customer feedback. Market Research: Help identify new business opportunities, track market trends, and analyze competitor offerings. Lead Generation: Support in prospecting and generating new leads through various channels like email, phone calls, networking events, and online platforms. Sales Administration: Help manage CRM systems, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities. Training & Development: Participate in training sessions on IT products, sales techniques, and customer relationship management. Skills and Attributes : Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into IT solutions. Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical skills to identify sales opportunities and customer needs.
