What You’ll Do

• Be the face of Dygo Health in your territory by onboarding and engaging new doctors.
• Build lasting relationships and ensure doctors trust us as their preferred partner.
• Take full ownership of your territory — from outreach to conversions.
• Run CME programs & OPD camps to create visibility and drive patient leads.
• Meet 8+ doctors daily (with 12–15 attempts) to hit aggressive growth targets.
• Drive patient conversions = revenue = your incentives.

What We’re Looking For

• Freshers or 0–1 year experience in sales, pharma, diagnostics, or healthcare.
• Street-smart, ambitious, and fearless when it comes to field sales.
• Strong communication & relationship-building skills.
• Must have a 2-wheeler, valid license, and Android phone.
• Willing to relocate to assigned territory.

Education

• B. Pharma or MBA (Freshers encouraged to apply).
• Healthcare background = big plus!
