We are hiring for the position of Business Development Executive (Trainee) at our Mohali office. The selected candidate will undergo a 3-month training program with a monthly stipend of ₹8,000. After successful completion of the training, performance will be reviewed for full-time employment.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and explore new business opportunities on platforms like Upwork, PPH, Guru, and other sources
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and decision-makers
• Identify, target, and win new business accounts and expand existing ones

Requirements:

• Only freshers with basic knowledge of business development are eligible to apply
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Basic understanding of online bidding platforms preferred
