Business Development Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Business Development Trainees (Interns) who are eager to learn and contribute to real-time sales and marketing initiatives. You will work closely with our business development team, interacting with clients, conducting market research, and supporting sales activities. Key Responsibilities : Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential customers. Support in creating and executing marketing and sales strategies. Perform market research and competitor analysis. Help prepare presentations, proposals, and sales pitches. Attend client meetings (physical/virtual) along with senior executives. Maintain sales and client interaction data accurately. Skills Required : Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of marketing and sales principles. Confidence in speaking with clients and explaining product/services. Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Team player with a positive and learning attitude.
