Agencies outsourcing development work. 2. Unique Value Proposition (UVP) Fast, scalable, and secure web solutions. Expertise in modern stacks (e.g., React, Node.js, Laravel, WordPress). UI/UX-focused design with SEO optimization. Transparent pricing and agile project management. 3. Lead Generation Channels Inbound Marketing: SEO-optimized blog, case studies, social media, YouTube tutorials. Outbound Sales: Cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, attending industry events. Partnerships: Collaborate with design agencies, consultants, or SaaS providers. Freelance Platforms: Upwork, Toptal, Fiverr Pro (as entry points or brand builders). 4.
