Role Overview

Business Development professional

CFOs, Finance Directors, CTOs and Founders

This role combines consultative sales, market insight, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new recruitment clients within

  Finance, Accounting, and IT domains

  .
• Build relationships with

  CFOs, HR Heads, and Business Owners

  of mid-market companies and recruitment partners.
• Understand client hiring pain points and tailor recruitment solutions accordingly.
• Present XFactor Talent’s offerings, focusing on

  Finance Recruitment

  ,

  Contract Staffing

  , and

  Offshore Talent Solutions

  .
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Participate in online campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and client events/webinars.
• Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Skills & Experience

• 3–8 years of experience in

  Recruitment / Staffing / Talent Solutions

  business development.
• Proven success in acquiring new clients or managing key accounts.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting roles (CFO, FP&A, GL, Audit, etc.) or IT profiles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a dynamic, global environment.
• Experience with tools like

  LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM, Apollo, or Clay

  is a plus.
