Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Malappuram. The specialist will be responsible for generating new leads, conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities in the shipping and logistics sector. Other day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and collaborating with the sales and operations teams to achieve targets and develop strategic business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess trends, evaluate data, and identify growth opportunities
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain and build strong client relationships
• Expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify potential clients and comprehend market demands
• Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines effectively
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools and understanding logistics and shipping operations
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
