Job Description

In this role at PRAGYATMIKA, a pioneering company in the electronics domain, you will join the growth team as a Business Development Associate - TRAINING OPERATIONS. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new training & development opportunities, build relationships with colleges and industries, and contribute to user acquisition and revenue growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly evolving industry and make a real impact in the education sector. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and networking. - Present and pitch Training & Development products and services to potential clients including Engineering Colleges, Universities, Students, and Engineering Companies. - Schedule and conduct demos and presentations, understanding customer needs to offer suitable solutions. - Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. - Maintain a robust pipeline, updating CRM tools with client data and sales progress. - Collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and support teams for a seamless customer experience. - Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. - Provide valuable feedback based on client interactions and market trends. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (experience in Training & Development business development is preferred). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of the EdTech landscape and customer personas. - Experience in B2C/B2B sales or inside sales. - Proficiency in regional languages like Telugu, Kannada.
