The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and develop strategic partnerships to position Borsons as a leader in the facility management industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement national sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals. Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams across different regions. Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition. Build strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine strategies. Ensure revenue and profitability targets are met. Work closely with internal teams to enhance service offerings and brand positioning. Drive digital and offline marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness. Report on performance metrics and suggest improvements for growth. Key Requirements: 12+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in facility management or related industries. Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets. Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
