Job Description You will be responsible for performing market research on prospective clients to increase the customer database. This includes meeting potential customers, setting up meetings, cold calling, and generating leads. Additionally, you will assist existing clients/vendors in using the product, solve queries, and provide prompt responses. Handling inbound queries via chat/phone and taking feedback from customers/vendors to report to supervisors and the product team will also be part of your role. You will have the opportunity to develop hands-on skills in customer service (inbound) and various aspects of the logistics industry. Qualifications - UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, (B.A - Economics, BMS Preferred). - PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, (MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization). - Prior work experience in Sales / Marketing will be advantageous. Skills - Well versed with MS-Office. - Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
