Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and lead generation with new and potential clients, primarily SMBs to large brands/big corporates.
  • Conducting competitor analysis and market research.
  • Maximising sales revenue by up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Working on expanding growth opportunities through new business and developing cordial, long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Working on driving the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to deal closure.
