Business Development Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Business Development Associate to collaborate with our Australian partner company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client requirements, collecting complete service-related information, and ensuring successful delivery through internal coordination. Additionally, the role involves soft calling to nurture leads, maintain strong client relationships, and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure all requested services are fulfilled on time.
• Engage with clients via soft calling, WhatsApp, email, and follow-ups to gather accurate and complete details.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of active leads and convert potential prospects into sales.
• Build long-term professional relationships and deliver exceptional client service.
• Understand client needs and provide suitable service recommendations.
• Track all interactions, maintain CRM records, and share regular progress updates.
• Support business growth strategies and contribute to revenue targets.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and strong persuasion ability.
• Strong understanding of client relationship management.
• Sales or business development experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of Banking/Finance is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Proficient in MS Office, emails, and online communication tools.

Pay: ₹10,239.19 - ₹23,834.29 per month
