Job Description

As a BDR at Lyzr, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential customers, and helping to drive the growth of our business pipeline. You will work closely with our business and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, engage with prospects, and set the stage for successful business engagements. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, has a keen interest in AI, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, etc). Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to guide them through the customer journey. Develop creative outreach campaigns to generate leads and improve engagement. Craft compelling email and call pitches to capture client interest. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives. Manage and update CRM software (preferably HubSpot) to track interactions and maintain accurate customer data. Support managers in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with competing demands. Assist with complex calendar management, scheduling, and meeting logistics. Plan and coordinate events and support internal team initiatives. What You Should Bring to the Table: 3+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR, preferably in a growth-stage startup or Gen AI company. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft impactful messaging. Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage unstructured time effectively. Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and sales automation platforms. Experience in content creation for outreach campaigns. Demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks, support managers, and coordinate complex schedules. Strong critical thinking and resourcefulness to develop meaningful solutions independently.
