Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities – Business Development Executive (CRM Software Sales)

  • Develop New Business Opportunities
  • Identify potential clients and generate new business leads for CRM software and digital solutions.
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify Key Decision Makers
  • Research and connect with business owners, directors, and decision-makers across industries to present CRM solutions effectively.
  • Build a strong database of target customers.
  • Build and Nurture Prospect Relationships
  • Initiate communication through calls, emails, and meetings to introduce CRM features and benefits.
  • Conduct follow-ups and demonstrations to move leads through the sales funnel until closure.
  • Lead Qualification and Target Achievement
  • Qualify leads based on business requirements and ensure timely conversions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets from allocated territories or customer segments.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
