Job Description

This is a remote position.

As a Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and working across our service portfolio to deliver value. You'll collaborate with different teams to position our services, develop proposals, and close deals that align with client needs and our strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential new markets, clients and service opportunities
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
  • Develop sales strategies, build proposals, articulate value propositions and deliver persuasive presentations
  • Work closely with internal teams to shape offerings, service contracts and fulfillment
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through contract negotiation to hand-over for delivery
  • Track pipeline, meet or exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets, and report on progress
  • Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to support product/service development

Requirements
  • Experience in business development, sales or account management, ideally in the IT services, technology or consulting sector
  • Strong communicator and presenter, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business problems into service solutions
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines
  • Fluent in English
  • Comfortable working as an

    independent contractor

Nice to have

  • Experience in IT services / consultancy (including cloud, managed services, digital transformation)
  • Understanding of technical services, delivery models and how they align with business outcomes
  • Prior experience working internationally or across multiple markets
