We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager / Business Development Representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting small businesses, engaging with business owners, and presenting investment opportunities offered by our company. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential clients. Work Experience 1) Retail Sales: At least 1 year of experience in retail sales. Ability to handle objections, take the initiative in dialogues, understand customer needs, and present our services effectively. 2) Call Center Operator: Experience in calling warm and cold customers, comfortable with telephone sales, and capable of actively conducting phone conversations. 3) Promoter: Skilled in presenting the company and its services effectively, with a strong interest in achieving results. Key Responsibilities Visit local shops, small businesses to propose collaboration opportunities using pre-prepared scripts. Understand the needs of potential clients and tailor the presentation of our services accordingly. Fill out Google Forms for reporting purposes. In case of refusal, take a selfie with the store in the background and briefly describe the reason for refusal. Maintain constant communication with the team and provide regular updates. Work responsibly according to the schedule and requirements. Requirements Age: 20+. Appearance: Neat and professional. A video showcasing your appearance is preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and the ability to listen actively, provide clear answers, and reach compromises. Technical Skills: Stable mobile internet access and proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets for reporting. Soft Skills: Goal-oriented, punctual, sociable, responsible, and adaptable.
