Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of online marketing strategies and tools, with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns. You will work on multiple digital platforms to enhance brand presence, generate leads, and drive conversions. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) & Create engaging posts and analyze their performance Email Marketing: Develop and manage email campaigns to engage with the audience, promote products/services, and drive conversions. Lead Generation: Design and execute strategies to drive lead generation and nurture prospects through the sales funnel. Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Content Marketing : Create high-quality, engaging content for specific audiences based on the software product and develop effective strategies to retain target audiences. Market Research and Strategy : Analyze market trends and audience behavior to identify emerging marketing opportunities while adapting to platform updates. Client Communication: Communicate regularly with clients to discuss strategies, provide performance updates, and address any concerns. Requirements: Lead and manage the sales team to exceed targets Generate high-quality leads and convert them into business via LinkedIn and other channels Identify new business opportunities and craft effective growth strategies Represent the company in a smart, confident, and professional manner Communicate with clients and internal teams with clarity and excellence Proven experience in business development or sales leadership Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong presence on LinkedIn and understanding of social selling A sharp, presentable, and ambitious personality with a growth mindset Ability to think strategically and work independently.
