Job Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have experience in client acquisition, lead generation, proposal drafting, and IT services sales. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the organization’s revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, references, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT services/solutions.
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and relevant documentation.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Development, Marketing, Design) to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM records and report daily/weekly progress to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in business development or IT sales (preferred in software / IT industry).
  • Knowledge of IT services such as website development, app development, ERP/CRM, digital marketing, or cloud solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online lead generation platforms.
